Temitope joined HARLEM from Anoka & Associates, a Corporate/Commercial law firm based in Lagos, having cut her teeth on the legal profession at S.A. Adebayo & Co. Solicitors in Ogun State. She bagged a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos, Akoka, before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School (Abuja Campus) and was called to the Nigerian Bar. Prior to becoming a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, she underwent internship experiences at various law firms, including Jide Zaid & Co. in Lagos, Akunebu & Akunebu & Co. in Abuja as well as at the Office of Public Defender, Lagos.

Temitope, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, is blessed with significant strengths in drafting legal documents, researching litigation matters, ADR issues and Corporate/Commercial issues, including Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Advisory. She designs lasting solutions in areas of Civil and Criminal Litigation, Wills & Probates, Immigration, Mortgages and Debt Recovery, leveraging on her deeply entrenched commitment towards addressing the broader policy and institutional barriers which confront litigants in pursuit of alternative dispute resolution.

As a linchpin of HARLEM’s Dispute Resolution practice group, Jadesola brings an exceptionally strong commercial and business perspectives to her legal advice, constantly advising and representing clients in disputes relating to real estate, labour and employment, corporate and commercial matters.
